We are super excited to offer an affordable, safe, and flexible Inflatable Rental service based in Verona, WI. We are insured & happy to serve folks here locally! Doing business close to home is important to us because time with our family is precious. We also like to do business with people we know in the area and feel we can best serve those close without losing sight of the main business goal; providing FUN for ALL. Important Reminder...
If you have not paid your deposit, answered all of our scheduling questions, and haven't signed your rental agreement, then you are NOT on our schedule. Please get in contact with us with a respectable amount of time before your party day. We start to prepare our travel schedules the week before our planned party drop offs and do not always have the ability to add on extra bookings last minute. Please be mindful of this!

We do! Verona Bounce takes pride in watching the weather closely for your safety and to protect the quality of our units. We will be sure to communicate with you the day before and day of party day to ensure all details are still as planned. If unexpected weather does roll in, we would love to have the opportunity to reschedule you if possible. If that isn't an option, we would gladly refund you entirely if we are expecting the following: heavy rains or wind gusts upwards of 20-25+ MPH. Light rain, however, does not affect our covered top units. This will all be outlined in our Rental Agreement! *We will not refund your payment if you simply decide to not have the party anymore. Inflatable unit rentals will be cancelled if the temperature falls lower than 55 degrees during your party time frame. Cold temps will not allow for the unit to properly inflate and will not be safe for the jumpers or the equipment. (Thanks a lot, Wisconsin... haha)
The approximate Service Areas we currently service WITHOUT a Travel Fee are: Monona, Madison, Verona, Paoli, Middleton, Oregon, Mount Horeb, Stoughton, Belleville, New Glarus, Cross Plains, Fitchburg, & McFarland. Keeping our business local is our preference and travel does cost us more to provide this already affordable service. Delivery locations 30+ minutes outside of Verona Bounce Service Area will have a fee of somewhere between $20-$50 on top of the rental fee. This fee is determined by using the Google Maps averages with a departure time set to the delivery day/time. Technology is awesome! Please let us know your exact Party Address when arranging your rental so we can accurately quote you on your total rental fee.
Up to 500-800 lbs, 5-8 people at a time. This is approximate and depends on the age/size of the jumpers.
Yes! Please make sure to discuss with us the date you are looking for, time frame of the party, and which unit you would like to make sure it is available. Then you may pay the $50 deposit by electronic payment via Venmo (@veronabounce) or cash. The deposit ensures that we set your date in stone, and prompts us to send you a rental agreement as well as gather more details from you. The deposit will then go towards the total amount of the rental. The remaining fee would be due before we set up the unit on party day. No payment, no set up. Wet/Slide Payment needs to be collected the day before.
Renter agrees to use the rental equipment solely for its intended purpose and in a safe and responsible manner. Renter shall not allow any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs to use the equipment. Absolutely no shoes or food/drink allowed on the unit. No pets, sharp objects or toys allowed on the unit. Soft balls ARE allowed. Absolutely NO water play on the bounce house inflatables (hose, sprinkler, squirt guns, water balloons, etc) on the unit. Waterplay is only reserved for our waterslide & eventually our combo units. No wet play if rented as DRY.

Yes & Yes! We have our own insurance and will gladly provide you with a certificate for a park gathering etc. We also have our Bounce House Units registered with the State of Wisconsin and plan to renew that each year! We are happy to follow the rules for safety and compliance.
