Our Inflatables

The day of your event we will text you with a more precise time of delivery.  

On arrival, we need an adult present that can guide us to the setup location and power source. Please clear the area for setup including the path we need to take. We need a path at least 36" wide, free of stairs, and sturdy enough for a dolly to roll over.

Please ensure the setup area has sufficient space to accommodate the rented units' dimensions as well as an additional 2 feet around the back and sides to allow us to safely fasten the unit. If you are worried about the space, please reach out ahead of time and send us a picture.

We set up on grass, asphalt, concrete and indoor surfaces. 

For grass surfaces we use 12-24" stakes. Typically, utility services like electrical lines or plumbing are out of reach, however, sprinkler systems can be more shallow. Mark any areas that we should watch out for underground. If you are concerned with using stakes for your setup, please let us know in advance!

For non-grass setups, we use sandbags to fasten the unit. We also provide additional padding at the entryway for hard surfaces. 

Prior to pick-up, ensure your belongings are out of the unit. If you are done using the unit ahead of time, feel free to turn it off and deflate it. That helps us get cleaned up quickly. 

Note - If the setup surface needs to be altered after our arrival we may not have the necessary equipment with us to accommodate the change (sandbags and safety mats). This could incur delays to the delivery, an additional fee to account for the trips to fetch the equipment or result to a cancelled delivery.

Rain

All of our inflatables can handle light rain!  You are welcome to leave them running without risk of damaging it or the blower. In case of heavy rain, it's also okay to leave the unit running unless the winds are at dangerous speeds. In fact, keeping the unit running is preferrable as it prevents water from flooding it internally.

Wind

Our units have varying maximum wind limits; refer to your contract for details. When the wind speeds exceed the safety limit, we expect you to turn off the unit until the conditions improve. We will also communicate any concerns about the weather and wind in advance as well as during your party day.

Temperature

Even commercial grade vinyl does not handle Wisconsin cold temperatures very well. The inflatables lose their bounce and become more prone to damage. It poses a higher safety risk for the jumpers. As spring and fall weather approaches, keep in mind that if temperatures are not consistently above 55° , the rental will need to be cancelled.

The sun is no problem for vinyl, but it can heat up the surface enough to feel very hot to the touch. Especially for non-wet units in the thick of summer, be mindful of the setup location and direction of slides at the time of the party.
