Keeping our business local is our preference and travel does cost us more to provide this already affordable service.  Generally, delivery locations 30+ minutes from Verona Bounce will have a fee of somewhere between $20-$60. We consider the location, proximity of other rentals in that area (on average) and the number of items rented.

This fee is determined by using the Google Maps averages with a departure time set to the delivery day/time and accounts for additional overhead of driving slower with a loaded trailer. Technology is awesome! Please let us know your exact party address when arranging your rental so we can accurately quote you on your total rental fee. 

Yes! Please make sure to discuss with us the date you are looking for, time frame of the party, and which unit you would like to make sure it is available. Then you may pay the $50 deposit by electronic payment via Venmo (@veronabounce), Credit (pay.veronabounce) or cash. 

The deposit ensures that we set your date in stone, and prompts us to send you a rental agreement as well as gather more details from you. The deposit will then go towards the total amount of the rental. The remaining fee would be due before we set up the unit on party day. No payment, no set up. 

 Pretty simple!

• Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will be provided a full refund. 
• Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the event date may result in the renter forfeiting their deposit. 
• Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the event date are subject to fees at maximum totaling the full cost of provided services.

Verona Bounce, LLC and the renter have the right to cancel for a full refund due to extreme weather conditions (see our policy) not suitable for the equipment or safe operation prior to delivery. Once the equipment is setup, there will be no refunds issued due to unexpected weather even if it impacts the event. 

Verona Bounce, LLC also reserves the right to alter the pick-up time in the event of extreme weather to avoid damage to the equipment. For example, pick up early after the rain started or delay pickup until the storm subsides.

We rent by the day and try to maximize everyone's fun!

On your contract, we will use your exact party start and end times to ensure we're ready to go for your event. Please try to limit this time frame to when your event is actually taking place.

We try to do deliveries first thing in the morning and pick up in the evening. Sometimes we even do early setups the night before or pickup the next morning! We like to work out the exact delivery schedule about a week in advance of the parties to plan our routes. This usually ends up with most folks getting at least 8 hours of fun.

If your party is in a rented event space, please ensure you give us ample time to setup and clean up. It usually takes about 15-30 minutes per unit so if you need to vacate a space we may need to clean-up a bit early to not get in the way of other reservations.

Renter agrees to use the rental equipment solely for its intended purpose and in a safe and responsible manner. Renter shall not allow any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs to use the equipment. Absolutely no shoes or food/drink allowed on the unit. No pets, sharp objects or toys allowed on the unit. Soft balls ARE allowed. NO water play on the bounce house inflatables (hose, sprinkler, squirt guns, water balloons, etc) on the unit. Waterplay is only reserved for our waterslide & eventually our combo units. No wet play if rented as DRY.

Yes & Yes! We have our own insurance and will gladly provide you with a certificate for a park gathering or similar events. We also have our Bounce House Units registered with the State of Wisconsin and renewed each year! We are happy to follow the rules for safety and compliance.
